Some commissions I did at Fanime. (No, commissions are not actually open—I do a few drawings or commissions at shows usually.)
Bee and PuppyCat #1 First Printing Is Sold Out
Congratulations, Natasha, Garrett, Britt, Madeleine, Shannon, and all the great folks at BOOM! Studios.
A second printing is in the works (see the above cover by Leslie Hung). It will hit stores on June 25, a week after the release of #2.
And a big thank you to all the fans who purchased one.
My Bee and Puppycat cover! It’s my first Boom cover and I had a lot of fun doing it!
See you at Fanime this weekend! I’m near the bathroom and the exit.
More yowapeda for Fanime (table #1105)!!!
Let’s go back to the place where we met for the first time.
Well, I’m going to be at Fanime next week! It almost didn’t happen, so, yay! I’ll have books and gonna work on some new things to print this weekend and hopefully have some buttons and small things as well. We shall see.
Midosaka (I will have a print for Fanime! I’m at table 1105.)
I’m back from TCAF! Thanks for everyone who came by to talk to me and buy stuff, it was a pleasure meeting and seeing all of you. It’s such a great show and it’s always so inspiring and wonderful to see my friends and people I admire—it totally makes me want to get back to work immediately!
These are two ink pieces I did at the show after I sold out of what I brought.
Hi everyone! I’m going to TCAF with these two new books!
The first is baby., the first part in a story of a young vampire and their sister. The book is 6x8.5”, 24 pages, B&W interior, $15. This was absolutely a labor of love for me, so I hope that those that get to pick it up enjoy it!
And the second is Milkworld, a collection of drawings and illustrations over the past year. The book is 8.5x11, 48 pages, B&W and color interior, $25. (I also have a short instagram video with more previews if anyone is interested.)
I have limited quantities of both books, but will also have them available at Fanime in San Jose later in May.
I’ve gotten some questions about online orders, and while I hope to make online orders available eventually, I won’t be able to realistically ship anything until June, so please stay tuned for more news on that if you are still interested! Thank you so much and I hope to see you at the show!
I’m waiting for stuff to come in so I can start talking about everything here, but for now, some drawings
